Here’s a taste of what’s waiting:

  • Tapas: Croquetas de Jamón Serrano, Pulpo Real slow-cooked on double-cooked crispy potatoes, Tortilla Española, Patatas Bravas, Albóndigas and grilled chorizo. Six to seven options, all accredited gluten free, made to share.
  • Steaks: Hickory-smoked, Spanish spice-marinated cuts in BMS 2+. Choose from Tapilla (rump cap), Lomo Alto (porterhouse), Ojo de Costilla (rib eye) or Wagyu Tapilla. Build your own gluten free grill with signature sauces on the side.
  • Paella: Two signature options. The Paella de Mariscos features Shark Bay tiger prawns and Humpty Doo barramundi in saffron-infused Calasparra Bomba rice. The Paella de Velázquez layers smoked rib eye, pork belly and truffle tomato sauce over the same rice base.
