Our signature paella features a 400g of hickory smoked and grilled bone-in rib eye, BMS 2+ paired with crispy thinly sliced pork belly. Accompanied by earthy portobello mushrooms and saffron-infused Calasparra bomba rice, all simmered in our housemade beef rib & pork belly broth and finished with a rich truffle tomato and pimentón dulce sauce. PAELLA DE MARISCOS
Authentic family recipe, this Spanish Paella features saffron-infused Calasparra Bomba rice, whole Shark Bay tiger prawns, Humpty Doo barramundi, mussels, clams and squids subtly blended into our rich tomato and sweet paprika-infused sauce, all enhanced by our housemade seafood broth. PARRILLA DE BURGOS
400g of hickory smoked and grilled rump cap, BMS 2+, 250g of crispy pork belly, Spanish chorizo, morcilla, sautéed mushrooms with truffle evoo, mashed potatoes and house salad; served with chimichurri and our brava sauce.
Owners Sergio Yibrin and Vanessa Diaz, inspired by their Spanish heritage and deep connection to its culinary traditions, envisioned bringing a truly authentic and elevated Spanish steakhouse experience to Perth. With a profound respect for Spain’s gastronomy, culture and artistry, they recognised that the city was ready for a richer and more genuine representation of Spanish cuisine. That vision led to the creation of Meninas Grill.
The concept was designed not simply as a restaurant, but as a cultural homage. Inspired by Spain’s Golden Age and the artistic legacy of Las Meninas, the brand reflects a fusion of tradition and contemporary refinement. Every detail, from the menu to the atmosphere, is intentionally crafted to honour Spain’s identity.

Meninas Grill was created from a profound admiration for Spain’s culture, history and culinary excellence. Inspired by Las Meninas by Diego Velázquez and the artistic legacy of Spain’s Golden Age, the restaurant was conceived as a refined tribute to Spanish gastronomy in an international setting.
Since opening in October 2024, Meninas Grill has positioned itself as a Spanish steakhouse and wine bar dedicated to authenticity, quality and cultural storytelling. Our concept is built around genuine Spanish products, regional identity and a deep respect for tradition presented through our contemporary lenses.
Our purpose is to transport guests to the heart of Spain by creating unforgettable dining experiences that celebrate its vibrant culture, rich culinary heritage and authentic flavors. From our selection of Spanish wines representing multiple “denominaciones de origen” to the careful sourcing of Jamón Serrano, Extra Virgin olive oil, Pimenton dulce, Manchego cheese, Calasparra Bomba rice and others, provenance is central to our philosophy.
A key differentiating factor is that we operate our own importing company dedicated to sourcing wines directly from Spain. Through this structure, we curate and import biodynamic, organic and small batch Spanish wines that showcase terroir, sustainability and craftsmanship. This allows us to present distinctive producers rarely available in our market, reinforcing our role as ambassadors of contemporary Spanish winemaking.
The physical space is an intentional expression of Spanish identity. Artistic interpretations of Las Meninas appear through wallpaper installations, neon features and painted metal elements.
Metallic mesh curtains, inspired by the intricate metalwork of Moorish palaces and Mediterranean architecture, introduce texture, movement and filtered light, symbolising the dialogue between tradition and innovation that defines Spain.
The ambience is carefully curated with dimmed lighting that creates an intimate and warm atmosphere reminiscent of elegant Spanish evenings.
